1) How do I pay for all these lovely things?
Payment is via Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. All prices are in CAD (the toggle button shows the US exchange). If you are ordering from outside of Canada, your credit card or paypal account will be charged in the converted currency.
2) How soon do you ship?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process from the time it is placed. Once the order ships, it's 1 to 10 business days for delivery in Canada, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that it can take longer to ship and clear customs if your order is going to the US or internationally.
3) How much do you charge for shipping?
Canada: Shipping is based on the province, and is a flat-rate for that province.
FREE shipping on orders over 100$. (Note: Free shipping may not apply during promotions.)
United States: Shipping is based on weight-class and tracking options.
FREE shipping on orders over 200$. (Note: Free shipping may not apply during promotions.)
Orders weighing less than 250 grams total will cost 9.00$ to ship via Airmail, which is not trackable. Choose at your own risk, as we do not replace packages with this shipping option. EDIT: Currently this option is not available.
Orders weighing up to one kilo will cost 17$ to ship via Tracked Packet, which includes a tracking number.
Orders between 1 and 2 kilos will cost 24$ to ship via Expedited Mail, which includes a tracking number.
International: Shipping is based on weight-class and tracking options.
Orders weighing less than 250 grams total will cost 9.50-11.50$ to ship via Airmail, which is not trackable. For certain countries, we can also ship up to 500 grams for around 20$, also Airmail, also not trackable. Choose at your own risk, as we do not replace packages with this shipping option. EDIT: Currently this option is not available.
Orders weighing up to 500 grams will cost 45-50$ to ship via Tracked Packet, which includes a tracking number.

4) Do you charge sales tax?
For shipments to Canada, we charge the legally required tax. For other countries, we do not charge tax.
5) Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the product, we can't accept returns. However, if you do have a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
6) Can you combine orders?
Absolutely! Email us at when you place the first portion of your order so that it can be held aside. Any extraneous shipping will be refunded once you place your second order. Please note we cannot hold an order for longer than 30 days.
7) Are your products cruelty-free and/or vegan?
We only feature brands that are 100% cruelty-free (including finished product, ingredients and suppliers used, and none retail in countries that require animal testing). Products aside from the ones that list "honey" as a fragrance note, or that contain silk, honey or milk as ingredients, are vegan-friendly.
