Ordering/Shipping
1) How do I pay for all these lovely things?
Payment is via Paypal. You do not need to have an account with them, as it will also process Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All prices are in CAD. If you are ordering from outside of Canada, your credit card or paypal account will be charged in the converted currency.
2) How soon do you ship?
Orders take 2-5 business days to process from the time it is placed. Once the order ships, it's 1 to 10 business days for delivery in Canada, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that it can take longer to clear customs if your order is going to the US.
3) How much do you charge for shipping?
Canada: Shipping is based on the province, and is a flat-rate for that province no matter the weight.

United States: Shipping is based on weight-class, or minimum order amount.
FREE shipping on orders over 100$, which may not apply during promotional sales.
Orders weighing less than 250 grams will cost 7.50$ to ship via airmail, which is not trackable.
Orders weighing between 250 grams and one kilo will cost 15$ to 18$ to ship via Tracked Packet, which includes a tracking number.
Orders over 1 kg will cost 20.00$ to ship, and will be sent by Expedited Mail, which includes a tracking number.
International: If shipping to your country is not currently listed, please email us for a quote.
4) Do you charge sales tax?
Not yet!
5) Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the product, we can't accept returns. However, if you do have a problem with your order, please contact us at prettyindulgent@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
